Fit
Secure, not tight. Present, not demanding. If something feels like it needs breaking in, it is not the right fit. These pieces are designed to feel right immediately.
Start with your usual size. The construction is designed with tolerance built in, meaning it accommodates daily fluctuation without needing to size up just in case. If you are between sizes or prefer more room, size up. If you want a closer feel, stay true to size.

Chest: measure around the fullest part of bust. Waist: measure around your natural waist. Hip: measure around the fullest part of hips. Sizing is the same across the Foundation Capsule and Studio Capsule.
Sensory comfort is a design constraint here, not a marketing claim. Seam placement, fabric hand, and construction decisions are made with sensory tolerance in mind. That said, sensory experience is personal. We recommend starting with one piece before purchasing multiples.
Fabric
Cotton, modal, and elastane, across The Foundation Capsule: OG Full Coverage Brief, Foundation Tank, and the Ultimate Lounge Pant. Cotton does the breathing. Modal does the recovering. Elastane does the staying put. The 100% cotton label on most underwear is accurate but incomplete. That small percentage of elastane is what keeps cotton from losing its shape the moment you sit down. We kept it.
Wash cold, dry flat. The way you wash the rest of your basics. A mesh laundry bag is never a bad idea for briefs. Skip the fabric softener. It coats the fibers and works against the fabric's natural recovery. That is it.
Brushed nylon-elastane, across the Foldover Studio Legging and Convertible Studio Tank. Nylon does the structure. Elastane does the stretch. The brushed finish is doing more work than most fabric tags get credit for, holding its shape against the skin without ever needing pressure to do it.
Machine wash cold. Dry on low heat. The way you'd wash the rest of your activewear. Skip the bleach and the iron. Heat and bleach are what break elastane down over time. That is it.
Returns
Unworn and in original condition, returns are accepted within 30 days for a full refund. If you have worn it and the fit is not right, reach out. We will figure it out.
